Skimbosh did not find it on June 1, 2017
I reached out to a prior finder who pointed out something that would enable me to solve this, but in the end I just...guessed. Yes, I took the map included in the description and superimposed it on google maps, marked it off, got the coords, and then put it in the checker. Green light on the second try!

#5488 @ 12:21:00 PM - Headed up north to meet up with Dryvitman17, Tman913, and his friend nicoman (a muggle turned Geocacher?) to catch up on some SPACE caches. We were also able to find a couple other caches in the area including a new SPACE cache.

It was a fun day showing nicoman how to use a GPS and find caches -- "gotta" love the enthusiasm of having 'kids' with you when caching, especially someone new to caching! Weather was nice, though it did get hot as the day progressed and the more hiking we did, but we saw some great views in our journey. Did pick up a couple ticks, ugh...always in Jersey, ha ha...have to laugh as the two younger cachers had no idea we crossed the state line.

5 of 7 - Ah, the biggest reason for today's mission, well at least for me it was... I solved this puzzle the day it came out, but tooooooooo far to drive and didn't really have any incentive to make the trip. Since that time I have joined the DryGolden team [:D] and have been busy playing 'ketchup' [:P]

My last trip out here was after lack of sleep, a long day of driving, being late to get dinner with CMD, and darkness quickly approaching = ingredients for a DNF. Turns out I would have found this cache if it hadn't been moved some where along the line, or so the story would seem....

Arrived today to the same location as my prior search, told DM right where I had previously searched...and then proceeded to resume search (but at least today it was earlier in the day -- though lack of food was starting to be a factor again, ha ha). Looked and looked, still nada, tried a couple new spots, but who know, they were probably old spots that just looked new in the light of day, LOL! Dman wasn't finding it either...then took a different approach in an area I had checked earlier...yeah, being on a different plateau made the difference. Wouldn't have found it from my level, but there it was sneaking around back. Dman said it was where I originally looked when he was out, so he put it back there. Should be slightly (thought not significantly easier) for the next finders. I am happy to finally add my stamp to this log. Fun puzzle followed by a challenging hide in a pretty area (though hot, muggy, and ticky today) earns a favourite. Why are there always ticks in NJ, no matter where I go in NJ? Not just the regular sized ones' either, noooo...these are the itty-bitty freak-you-out because you think you won't find them buggars...ugh! [:P]

Thanks to Dman for making yet another trip to this area even though he already had this cache as found.

Thank you SPACE2081 for the fun time today!
